Mind & Body Classes

These free activities are drop-in and do not require an advance RSVP or attendance at a Welcome Meeting. Anyone touched by cancer is welcome to join. Below are some of the regular classes we normally offer. Our full class listing is available by visiting our calendar.

Weekly Classes

      • Mondays: Gentle Yoga, Restorative Yoga
      • Tuesdays: Cardio for Wellness, Tai Chi, Kundalini Yoga & Sound Bath
      • Wednesdays: Early Yoga, Guided Meditation, Strength & Balance
      • Thursdays: Gentle Hatha Yoga, Morning Yoga
      • Fridays: Basic Yoga, Ocean View Tai Chi
