If you are touched by cancer and new to CSCRB, please attend one of our Welcome meetings held every Monday and Friday at 11:00 am to attend one of our free Healthy Lifestyle classes.  Click on our calendar to register for a Welcome meeting and to see our full class listing.

Weekly Classes

      • Mondays: Mellow Yoga, Strong & Steady, Tai Chi, Good Vibes Yoga
      • Tuesdays: You and Yoga Morning Flow, Strengthen and Soften Yoga
      • Wednesdays: Wednesday Gentle Yoga, Guided Meditation
      • Thursdays: Qi Gong, Dancing for Fitness
      • Fridays: Friday Gentle Yoga
